Endeavors Advantage High School Pod
Welcome to Endeavors Advantage
The Blue Water Area's first and only high school pod group
Individualized Preparation. Our experienced, professional EA High School Pod Director meets each student where they are. Career and educational goals are developed for each student, including curriculum and real-world experiences.
1. The Director will work with each student's personality traits and career goals to develop individualized strategies for post-high school success. This will include written assessments and strategies for students, parents and EA staff to follow.
2. Students will have access to HAE networking for internships and job shadowing as needed.
3. College testing and preparation will be offered for who students who need it.
4. Transcripts and high school diplomas will be provided as requested.

Independent Study. Endeavors Advantage is independent-study based. Each student uses their own curriculum that best suits their post-high school aspirations. Our Director and instructors provide accountability, support, and curriculum recommendations.
1. The Pod Director can provide curriculum recommendations if needed.
2. Students will also have access to HAE scheduled elective classes and register to participate if they choose.

Immersive Student Life. Join Endeavors Advantage for a consistent school experience with peers, student clubs, and elective classes. No student is an island, and we learn best when we're together!
1. Students are encouraged to start high-school level student clubs, including student council/government, NHS chapters, media clubs, science clubs, and whatever else piques your interest! We are looking for in-depth student clubs that train and encourage high school young adults.
2. HAE will organize high-school level league athletics as student interest presents itself.
