Warm Up on the Beach

Meet our Board of Directors

This is our all-volunteer, all-female Board of Directors! Working tirelessly to create, promote, and organize our first hybrid homeschool program for the Blue Water area - the learning never stops! Huron Academic Endeavors exists because of them! Read about them below, and always feel free to reach out!

Jamie McHale

Co-Chairman

Jamie's first passion is being a mom to her six children. She has two adult children that have successfully launched into the world, while she continues to homeschool her younger four children. Jamie has 18 years of experience with homeschooling and enjoys now being able to share alternative education support for other homeschool and hybrid families.

She holds her Masters in Social Work LLMSW from Spring Arbor University. She enjoys providing mental health care as a Child Therapist, specializing in Trauma and Grief work with her private practice, Meliora Therapy Center.
